The CEO of DHIndia Association (Digital Health India Association) on behalf of its members submitted the feedback and comments on the Personal Data Protection (PDP) Bill after due consultations with the Digital Health community. The comments were collated and curated by our Legal and Medical experts and the effort was spearheaded by Dr Guriqbal Singh Jaiya.
